A couple of key Saints are not likely to be back on the field in Week 17.
Head coach Dennis Allen said Tuesday that he doesn't expect wide receiver Michael Thomas or cornerback Marshon Lattimore to return from injured reserve for Sunday's game against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
Both players were placed on IR after being injured in the Saints game against the Vikings.
New Orleans is currently tied for second in the NFC South at 7-8.
