Bogalusa High School will be allowed to host its final home game this Friday in its own stadium after all.
The Louisiana High School Athletic Association announced Monday that it has reversed last week's order for the game to be relocated over safety concerns.
Last Thursday's decision had been in response to a fatal shooting outside the stadium during Bogalusa's homecoming game last month. Bogalusa school officials appealed the next day.
Bogalusa Mayor Wendy Perrette welcomes the reversal of the order to move.
