Razorbacks' Safety Joe Foucha Commits To LSU Through NCAA Transfer Portal

Arkansas safety Joe Foucha is on his way to play for LSU.

The New Orleans native made the announcement on Tuesday via Twitter.

It's the second commitment the Tigers have landed through the NCAA Transfer Portal.

UL-Lafayette defensive back Mekhai Garner also announced on Tuesday that he's transferring to the Tigers.

The news came a few hours after LSU cornerback Dwight McGlothern announced his plans to enter the portal.
