Entergy New Orleans is suspending service disconnections for nonpaying customers through the end of November.

Customers have flooded the company's call centers with questions about being disconnected, and have lined up outside the building on Canal Street at the Norman C. Francis Parkway.

A spokesperson for the utility says they will work with customers who are having trouble paying their bills.

The lights will stay on at least through Thanksgiving.
