The organizers of the Crescent City Classic say the race will continue as a virtual event due to the coronavirus pandemic.
Runners will have until Saturday to go on a route of 6.2 miles of their choosing while tracking their progress on an app.
Once they have completed their run, participants will need to send the results to CCC officials.
