Saints Season Ticket Holder Lawsuit Kicked To The Curb

A Morgan City businessman and New Orleans Saints season ticket holder isn't scoring in the court of law.

The New Orleans Advocate reports the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeal has tossed Lee Dragna's attempt to get a refund because of player protests of police brutality during the National Anthem.

Dragna claimed he wouldn't have purchased the tickets if he knew any player would take such actions at the games.

The court denied all of Dragna's claims of harm.
