Governor John Bel Edwards is in California this week in a push to bring the movie industry back to Louisiana.

He's pitching the state as the perfect place for movie production.

Deep South Studio is on track to open the largest design-built production facility in the Southeast.

Governor Edwards met Monday with executives from Netflix, Warner Brothers, NBC Universal and Disney on incentives for filming in Louisiana.
