Louisiana Attorney General Jeff Landry is joining with attorneys general in six other states to try and overturn the "Dreamers" immigration policy by filing a lawsuit claiming the DACA program is unconstitutional.
The program was created in 2012 to protect undocumented immigrants brought to the U.S as children.
Federal courts have thus far barred ending the program, but the lawsuit could send the case to the U.S. Supreme Court.
