Guilty Plea Entered In Deadly 2016 Lamborghini Crash

Gavel and scales of justice

A man who was scheduled to go on trial in New Orleans next week for the 2016 crash of a Lamborghini that killed his passenger says he's guilty of vehicular homicide.

Jason Adams entered his plea Monday to the original charge. He's to be sentenced in June to serve five years in prison.

Police say 23-year-old Kristi Lirette was killed when Adam's car slammed into a flood wall at 118-miles-per-hour while he was legally intoxicated.
