(Fox 8) Crews worked overnight to fix a turbine that caught fire Wednesday night.
A state of emergency was declared Thursday by both Mayor Mitch Landrieu and Governor John Bel Edwards.
The city said it was testing that turbine that caught fire to see if it could start running again. Landrieu is expected to update the progress during a 9 a.m. news conference on Friday.
