The lights are coming back on in the Central Business District.
Entergy New Orleans warned residents of a power outage Thursday due to the need to take a substation offline after "vandals" stole "equipment necessary for its safe operation", according to a press release from the City of New Orleans.
The outage started after 11:30 a.m. and lasted through 2 p.m., according to a tweet from Entergy.
